Thank you for choosing our custom products! We understand the importance of getting exactly what you envisioned.

Custom Products:

Due to the personalized nature of our custom apparel, knives, and other products, we are unable to offer refunds once the order is placed. These items are crafted specifically according to your unique design and specifications, making them unsuitable for resale to other customers.

Non-Custom Products:

For non-custom items , we gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us at thetegenesis@gmail.com or Whatsapp +44 7424878715 to initiate a return.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned non-custom item(s), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Processing:

The time for processing returns is around 20 days, and the return process is through mail. The label would be downloaded by the client who is requesting the return.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to return your non-custom item and place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for items that do not meet our return policy criteria, or for products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
